Jude has been playing piano since the age of eight. He is a student of Dr David Mooney at TU Dublin Conservatoire of Music and Drama and is currently in his third year of the BMus Degree at the Conservatoire.

Jude has participated in many competitions, both nationally and internationally, including:
ESB Feis Ceoil, Newpark Music Festival, Piano Academy of Ireland National Piano Festival, EPTA Ireland Piano Festival and Young Pianist of the North International Competition, United Kingdom. Jude has performed in several masterclasses over the years, including for Barry Douglas and Pierre Laurent-Aimard.

In 2018, Jude won the Katherine Duffy Memorial Award at TU Dublin Conservatoire. At ESB Feis Ceoil 2016, Jude won the Dorothy Stokes Cup for Junior Sonata.  At Newpark Music Festival in 2014, Jude won 1st Prize in Piano Under 16 and 1st Prize in Junior Piano Sonata.

Jude has performed in the main auditorium of the National Concert Hall as part of the Prize Winner’s ESB Feis Ceoil concert in 2016.
